Hey I bought Jack3d about 3 months ago in need for a new suppliment for the gym.  I tried it out and absolutely loved it.  I'm on my fourth cycle now and still love it. I was just curious if any of you have heard of this or even used it.  It came out about 3 months ago so it's still fairly new.  But it's the best suppliment I've ever used byfar; taste and effects.

If your not sure what it is or have never heard of it. Here's the suppliements site (Here).

A cycle is when you go through a full suppliment. Look it up.

Come on guys, post

I have a question!
I've heard some of you say that you could barely open the door or lift your arms after a workout..
I don't know what's 'wrong', but I never ever get that. I lift close to my max, the max I can complete the reps with (usually 4x8). Although I never get the really 'heavy' arms afterwards.

Is that a bad thing?

Not necessarily, the effect of not being able to move your arms only happens to me when I change exercises. A week or so after that they just ache the day after a workout.

Huh? Whoever says that is doing something wrong. Your muscles SHOULD NOT ache the day afterwards. That should ONLY happen the first few times you start working out because your muscles aren't used to the strain. After that, your muscles should only feel "great" the day after a workout.

The only time they should feel "giddy" is right after the workout (and that giddyness should last 10-30 minutes) and the giddyness should be a good feeling, not a bad one. As if your muscles are totally exhausted and can't take it anymore, but have been seriously pushed.

If you do workouts every day and your muscles hurt the next day, you're doing something seriously wrong.

Also, your muscles are more prone to hurting the next day if you don't take enough protein on the day of the workout and the 8-10 minutes after the workout.

My muscles don't hurt the day after, they only feel a bit sore when I press on them. Thanks for explaining the "giddyness" though. I haven't really experienced very heavy "giddyness" yet, I guess.

Get it all the time in my arms, especially when I do triceps.
Why do changing room doors have to be so heavy?

I think my triceps workout is lacking too, what's yours?

10 reps lowering a dumb-bell behind my head, straighten my arm, repeat.
Then down to 8 with a heavier weight, then 6 with more.

Might be changing soon, getting a proper workout programme sorted this week.

I think I'll be able to start working out on Monday again. Lost a lot of muscle over the past 4 weeks (that's how long I've been out). So I ordered Gaspari MyoFusion Protein (it's getting incredible reviews across the board) and my usual V-Max Pump. I just hope this doesn't happen again.

According to the doctors, I have ripped a few muscle fibers off my bone.

So I started doing some arm exercises yesterday and all felt fine (touch wood, fingers crossed) ... Seems that all is well, but I'm going to gradually go back into the exercises now, so today is a rest day.

Also, for anybody who is looking at protein shakes, just bought Gaspari MyoFusion and it tastes fantastic! Got the milk chocolate flavour and it basically tastes of nesquik. 25g of protein per scoop and it's not expensive...worth the buy, definitely. Dunno if I'll return to ON 100% gold standard now, but I'll complete this tub and see the results. Note that this isn't my post workout shake, just a shake for more protein throughout the day. I use PhD Synergy ISO-7 for that and it's  fantastic.

Anyone tried Sci-mentor premium whey?
Just bought a tub fairly cheaply, but haven't been to the gym yet, gonna leave it for post-workout.
Apparently it tastes like chocolate milkshake, even with water..

BSN Synthasix does that for me.  YUMM.  I've never heard of Sci-Mentor.  Who is the manufacturer?
