- Fuck yeah (TF2/Steam going on the mac)
I'm wondering just how bare the Mac store will be to start with. I wonder if it'll be like the early days of Windows Steam where it has Valve's games and nothing else.
I'm assuming all games on the source engine and their mods will be there.Spidery_Yoda wrote:

That'd be pretty damn awkward, although irons WERE binded to some odd key in OFP1 (I rebinded it though)h4hagen wrote:

By the way, apparently Macs have been shipping with a touch sensitive mouse that can have up to 4 'buttons' active at any one time, so this wont actually be a problem.
and half the people who own macs use a different mouse
mac mice have always supported right and left click

Less easy to snapshot/zoom in and out as a sniper like that.
Hardcore gaming now on Macs too?
That would be a whole new target audience for Steve Jobs to sell overpriced iHardware to.

macs already come with capable iHardware to run all the steam games...
and it's called using 2-fingers simultaneously for a right-click. yes, on the mouse hardware itself.
jesus the anti-apple crowd are fucking lazy in their research nowadays

Most mac users (I know, ) don't have the Mighty mouse, they like their old one button.Uzique wrote:

Uzique, methinks you need to do a bit moar MARKET research.
The mighty mouse has a left and right clicking mouse, just 1 surface.
fucking idiot users tbf.
Gaming on a mac will be fine,
Also the whole SOURCE ENGINE is becoming a mac compatible software, therefore ALL games that run on the engine will work. Full games, expantions.... Mostly all of the valve games.
CS, TF2, L4D, etc etc.
Alot more parents are buying macs these days, and the kids are just using what the parents buy. i think there is going to be a huge shift in multiplatform compatibilty which we've all seen happening throughout various applications.
All those people that think that macs are utter shit, are at their core just too simple minded. You can't accept a little change, you're too used to windows, and have a freak at the first realisation that something is different.
If you dont like mac, dont use it... and dont abuse those who do cause you're do fucking stupid yourself.
good day.
