He should've played as the Vanguard.
Question:
Spoiler (highlight to read):
I chose the option to give Legion to Cerberus for the bounty, assuming I'd still get him as a team mate. Now he's not where he's supposed to be. Did I fuck up?
Also, if that's normal and he is still available, should I do his loyalty mission, or rescue the crew straight away?

2. You can still do the loyalty mission without risking the crew.
Yes I fucked up and can no longer have Legion on my team?Rohirm wrote:

Whaaaaat. FML.
He was my favourite.

Well I just redid the mission, finished the game, and everyone survived.
i find that yahtzee is almost always "fair" as in most of his specific criticism is spot on. even when he rips into a game i like (i.e. eve) i find his justifications to be legitimate and quite pertinent - i just don't find them as annoying as him.TimmmmaaaaH wrote:

Generally agree, other than the inventory stuff obviously.

The paradox is only a conflict between reality and your feeling what reality ought to be.

He does exaggerate though. It isnt unlike him to boil an otherwise ok game down to one nit picky flaw. I just thought he would rip into it a bit more, being a well known and well received game.Spark wrote:

I got Morinth. Did all missions apart from Tali´s loyalty and had to retrain my powers to get the 100% Paragon/Renegade bonus, but it worked. Now I feel kinda bad .
But Morinth is kinda cool, I´m curious how she performs.

Pretty much the exact same afaik, except Samara's got your back while Morinth would rather stab it
Your thoughts, insights, and musings on this matter intrigue me

Yeah, I lol´d as I found out how they made her "fit into the team". But I don´t think she is going to stab me, after all she is excited to have mind sex with me, being an awesome personality and all.lol

Do they actually show a cutscene where her and shepard agrees on her "posing" as samara or what?
Her epic mind sex that you talk about is not healthy for Shep

Yes, its a dialogue option when you kill Samara and talk to her. Something along the lines of "how are we going to explain this to the others/I dont think they are going to agree with this"

Yeah they do. It comes up right after killing Samara as Tim said. She explains, that she practiced impersonating her mother for decades or centuries or something, so got impressively good at it. Together with the similar looks, no one will notice the difference. Pretty clever way to include her into the team without much hassle or logic fails.
I know the mind sex with her is going to kill Shepard, but I´m going to try it anyway once the main plot is finished

Out of curiousity, what happens when you don´t assign someone to escort the crew back?

Your crew will have a hard time to hold off at the door while you take care of the terminator thus increasing the change of getting them all killed.

A drasticly increased chance. And sending an escort doesn't seem to increase the chance of one of your Marines dying either. I don't think there is a big disadvantage, if there is one at all.
Gives you quite a bit of Renegade too.Doctor Strangelove wrote:

I first did not send an escort, but then regrettet my decision. I was afraid some of my crew wouldn´t make it back (and I´m still trying to hit on Kelly). I´m a pussy.
So if I let them get back alone, the chances of all of my team surviving are higher but the Normandy crew might die (or not die at all?)
