I think it's 2 1/2 scoops afterall, but it only makes sense when you see the scoop. It has different measures on it (1/4, 1/2 and 3/4) I'm guessing I'm supposed to take 2 of those 1/2 scoops, otherwise I think I'll be having a bit too much protein
