Somehow I can´t remember her doing that when I played through. Wrex got all apeshit, then I talked to him, then I had the option to shoot him or talk some sense into him.
Might be due to different actions I took throughout the playthrough.

It will work on its own, but I recommend you play through the original. That way any choices you make in ME1 will have direct consequences on ME2's story. Plus you can get starting bonuses

This is what I did; Wrex, Kaiden or Ashley, Liara Sex Scene for you boys, along with getting Saren to shoot himself - the wanker - music included as no sound card and fraps doesn't record it otherwise.

Is it just me but...seems like everyone in ME2 has basically the same 'powers'. Likem they can all basically freeze, incinerate and overload different enemies. Same shit differnt name or what? I'm not feeling optimistic...the amount of hype around this game ALREADY means it's overhyped! Fingers crossed tho'.

I've just started the game, and I'm getting a very low frame-rate. I've googled for a bit and the general consensus is that it's poorly optimised onto the PC, but I'm hoping you guys have a fix?

It uses the UT3 Engine, which I can run no problem, Rainbow Six: Vegas 2, UT3 itself, etc run no problem.

Well if it's any consolation, UT3, Rainbow 6 etc ran as smoothly as butter on the Xbox as well, and Mass Effect Xbox is as choppy as hell. (Hell is very choppy).
