Come on Pandemic restore my faith in you, I've liked a lot of your games but apparenlty Mercs 2 was a massive failure. I haven't actually seen a copy in stores to purchase.

Have you seen screens of the Saboteur? It looks really awesome. The parts of Paris occupied by Nazi-Germany are all in grey, dirty and sparcely populated, but once you liberated them, they flourish with color and live. THe style of the game is really cool, let´s jsut hope hte gameplay works equally good.

Turning Point was an over publicised mess designed by a relatively unheard of studio. The Saboteur comes from Pandemic. They have a long track-record of decent games.

That and it sounds like this dude that was mentioned in part of my WW2 history class briefly when we were looking at WW2. Was one of the spymasters in Paris but he was a British dude. I think.

Wish they'd do one based on Serge Vaculik's story. Idk how you'd design it though.

The main character is based on a real resistance fighter during the occupation. I read in a gaming mag that he was an irish named William Grover-Williams , I´m not so sure about the race driver attribute though.

Will to fight is about the NPCs. Say you're getting assaulted by Nazis. In a low WtF area nobody will pay attention or walk the other way/avert eyes etc.

In an area where the WtF is high they'll jump into the fight and help you out.

I can´t wait!! The visuals are outstanding, as for the colors and arty styles.

Gameplay looks a bit clumsy still. Cover system is meh and the danger of Assassins Creed style repeating gameplay is high (get object, drive to resistance, kill nazis, win). Then again, I loved AC´s gameplay and never got bored of the repetition. Anyways, I can´t wait!!
