1. Click the Search button. Try it.
2. Top navigation shifted around a little bit (name now links to profile, Live link added)
3. Live made much more reliable (shouldn't show duplicates now)

Yeah, there was a small escaping bug I missed I fixed it right quick.

So the Search actually seems to work now! Before it didn't matter whether you asked it to only search the topic titles etc.. because it didn't even work, nice job fixing that. I always found it ironic how people were so anal about how you should "search" and how it was enlarged in font size etc.. when the search barely functioned...

Spacing on the profile is dodgey, and I prefered it the old way, but mad kudos on fixing the Search, and the quick search feature is quite cool. Also handy putting the link to Live in there, that'll make it more widely used.

ok, you say "small update" - let me ask how long coding it? i've seen bf2s evolve, i'm curios to how much is cut & paste code, and how much is hammered out in the sandbox.
