Obviously it's a dumbed-down version of GTA, but that's the appeal. They're both sandbox games, one is ridiculous, over-the-top, and outrageous, the other one is a bit more down-to-earth and realistic.
GTA4 = srs game is srs with most of what made GTA games really fun and kept you playing REMOVED

Low budget GTA 4, has great fucking ideas put into the game, just not executed as well as GTA4, nevertheless a fucking awesome game
