Yeah i've seen one or two 'normal' items in a Valve backpack before, as well as some even stranger ones (Like a 'Rare Syringe Gun'). I still have no idea what it all means.

No it won't be there anymore. It was a few months ago, not very long after I posted that weapon rarity colour chart. It won't be there anymore. The Valve backpacks change constantly with all the random stuff they're doing.
It had gold writing (instead of the usual yellow), and had some crazy stats like '300% ubercharge on hit' and '4000% clip size'. Picture was the normal syringe gun.
Oh wait. Duh. You can load old pages can't you. The problem is though, I can't remember the name of the person who had it.
