Mine would have to be Hotel California (5:33 onwards). The guy with the double neck (Steuart Smith) is an expert in pinch harmonics, he lightly touches the string after it has been picked with his finger to produce the unique sound that can be heard in this vid.
Average rating of 4.92, the best guitar solo I've ever heard. Lots of different emotions throughout the solo but it's consistent in style.
