This is one of the best albums of the year. Do not doubt it. Noise... drone... ambience... sheer awesome. Fuck Button's original (short) release was hailed by critics and seemed to pre-emptively doom them to the fate of so many artists under the pressure of a highly-expected sophomore album. But this one has stunningly delivered; it doesn't back down for a single second. Each song flows from one to the other and what you are given is an organic, multi-layered, constantly evolving smorgasboard of sound that tickles and confounds your eardrums. Don't sleep on this!
