The confirmed lineup was just posted yesterday for the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

I'm very excited for this year's show. I went to last years'... notables included Vampire Weekend, the Raconteurs, and Beck. Enjoyed myself thoroughly.

Anyway I'm definitely seeing:
Beastie Boys
Mos Def
Flogging Molly
The B-52s
Citizen Cope
Arctic Monkeys
Coheed and Cambria
Anyone who is even remotely in the area (I'm looking at you, FM) has no excuse not to go. It's October 2-4, a little bit later than last year so hopefully a bit cooler, and they're fixing up the grass so barefoot is looking like an excellent option. $185 for a 3-day pass, comes out to just a bit over $60/day, an excellent deal for ~12 hours of live music. The food and drinks aren't ballpark priced either, you can get a decent meal for under $10.
