Go back to the game, switch factions maybe and only play for short periods. Most raids are easily to PuG now so you don't have to be tied into progression guilds unless you want to do some really hardcore stuff. But there isn't so much hardcore now, all accessible content is easy to down but after that you have hard modes on certain bosses and Heroic settings for certain raids.
