HD 5870 launch and the fact its almost identical to GTX 295 in performance opened up a possibility for getting hard evidence of micro stuttering on multi-gpu.
First look the HD 5870 side, then watch the video again looking at the 295 side. FPS seemed to stay around the same, but... fps is half the story...
This is why I prefer single GPU.
