It was a fake made by some random, the letter was Valve's response. Whether it means we're going to be seing Guard Dogs in the future I have no idea.

How on earth is this guy able to make this stuff this fast (he only started Day 2 after people went nuts over Day 1) and still make a very polished page like that? He's talented i'll give him that. All the dog's faces at the top, all the new models etc. He must've been working around the clock.
