Much like jobs/careers which involve a lot of physics and mathematics at an extremely advanced level. Computer programming must require a staggering intellect to wrap your mind around it's sheer complexity. I'm guessing that most programmers have I.Q. scores around 150-170+. This deals a lot with binary code, and especially extremely advanced mathematics/semi-conductor physics.

Your average special-education student isn't going to become a computer programmer. I suppose I could struggle to learn and understand the most crude basics of computer programming. Most of the people whom are programmers got scholarships to MIT, where they eventually earned their P.h.D. in it.

It's probably within the ranks of rocket science and quantum physics. I did terrible, TERRIBLE in math all throughout elementary school, and high school. I barely graduated.

No. Being awsm at math is a myth (unless your subject matter is math intense a.k.a. actuarial). Programming to me is like any construction trade, expect the materials are abstract. Complexity is a myth also. The most complicated things can be broken down into small pieces.

If you have access to education then by all means take advantage of it, but it is not required. First and foremost you need passion.

lol gtfo.

I'm a few weeks away from a Bachelor of Information Technology degree, majoring in management, business information systems and information technology applications and I are not smart.

You need to have done okay/well in math to understand a lot of it though. So maybe you are the fail.

But if you can understand pseudo-code you probably will do okay. And if you do want to undertake a programming course at uni/college you've got the option of bridging courses in maths to help you get in if you didn't really get great marks.

But you will need to study plenty and be focused.

If you either love programming or are good at it, then do it. But if you are neither of those, do not even think you'll enjoy it.

First... Why do you want to be a programmer?   (not saying it's bad or good)
There are a lot of different aspects of computers.... hardware...network security... game design
web design... etc etc...  What do you enjoy doing with computer most...(not including playing games...lol)?
Love is the answer

I was thinking of joining the military and training to become a tracker/survivalist. When the strange flu viruses, the New World Order and martial law come around, I'll have the skills to survive it.

Listen to what this guy say's in his lectures. YIKES! I don't think going to college, getting a job and making something of my life would be a good investment for the "future" in this era. There isn't much time left. Start preparing now before it's too late.

Watch all five videos, all together they are very long so please have patience and a lot of free time to sit down and watch them. I have no idea why, or how, this guy isn't dead.

I was considering taking classes in English and literature. Tracking this Deagle guy down, (he lives in California I think) and ask him to assist me in writing a multi-thousand page tome detailing all of his knowledge. I am a very good writer BTW. Do you think I could get it published?

You aren't very good at trolling.

I'm probably not much older than you, and I know how to spot a troll. Your account is bookmarked.
