As much as I love Rock Band, I'm not very excited about this. Being limited to one artist just doesn't seem that much fun because you'll never like everything by that artist.

So what? I probably like more Beatles songs than I do in the actual Rock Band games. I like maybe 10-20% of the songs in the regular games, the downloaded songs are mostly what I play now
