About racial slurs

Im ok with being called a 'Taff' and like wise I have no problem in saying 'I'm just popping around The Paki's'. If that is deemed as racist please tell me so I dont repeat it within a thread.

Jew is not a racial slur. Of course, calling someone a Jew who isn't a Jew, attempting to apply negative connotations of the word is not a very good idea.

The official ruling is don't break the rules. Remember, if you have to ask yourself if it is ok to post, it probably isn't. I think ATG created that poll to see what the community felt, not what they wanted. I don't tolerate racism (because I'm intolerant, get it), so don't post it. Everyone has a different idea of what constitutes racism, so use your best judgement.

I get your point, but you also have to understand that Chuy gives a lot of leeway to the site staff on enforcing the rules, and the moderators all have different ways of dealing with it. I even deal with things differently from day to day, user to user.

The best advice I can give is that if you think something you are about to post is remotely racist, don't post it. If something offends you, report it. The mods will deal with it using their best judgement.
