Both things come naturally to different people.
working out doesn't come naturally u have to work in order ot develop muscles or good muscle definition, or in other words you have to enhance it.
Well working out doesn't necessarily make you look good. It also depends on people's body makeup to begin with. I have a fast metabolism and eat shitty food all the time. I don't go to the gym and I play hockey twice a week all year round while doing manual labor for a job. I luckily don't have to do anything extra to stay in shape. Anybody in the same situation as me would also be able to very easily stay in good shape. At the same time, I'm a pretty good student. After two years in college, I have a GPA of about 3.4. Yet, I still think getting a PhD would be difficult. So I voted PhD because although each are harder for different people, I think the PhD is harder for more people.
