Only when innocent birds are involved.
I need around tree fiddy.
I used to watch it all them time as recent as a few years ago. Now, I just enjoy baseball video games. I will still go to a game if the ticket is free.
I like baseball. I go to the Columbus Clipper games. I play rec. softball and my son plays little league.
I love baseball and loathe baseball video games. It's too hard to perfect the balance between offense and defense.Red Forman wrote:

I have season tickets to the Angels and probably actually go to about 10-15 a year. It's getting expensive though
Fuck the gayngels, its all about the DODGERS,LAKERS, and my poor RAIDERS.KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

their triple A team (the Bees - they used to be the Buzz, frickin' logo) has THE most spectacular venue in sports. best sightlines, hell even the upper deck makes you feel like your on top of the action. and they have blanket seating in the outfield . . . that said, i just watched the Cards beat up on the Astros on projection TV. until the eighth. when my beer was empty. cain't stand to watch baseball on tv. i like it live, and having been to all the left coast fields (candlestick sucks even in the summer time, glad they moved to 3com) would only pay to see baseball if they lowered the beer prices. . .KEN-JENNINGS wrote:

It's a girls sport.

then again, i was able to create the uber-Mets who went 140-22
I love baseball. I've been playing through college and have had a blast from it.
Played at rep and provincial level for about 11 years then quit due to work this year
Not terribly but they started showing it on free to air TV here in Aus so I watch a few games when i'm bored
I also played it briefly in primary school. I was a godawful batter (always hit it to first base or the pitcher), and then in the grand final I hit a home run! Was gr8. I had a brief run with pitching, which was just me throwing the ball as hard as I could, with pretty poor accuracy. I hit a fair few people, so it stopped after that
Quite enjoyable to play. My experience as a soccer goalie helped me make some mad catches when fielding
