So basically my month will be spent like this:

November 3rd, buy Bioshock 2. Spend the first couple days dicking around enjoying the game. Spend the next three days beating it a couple times, replaying it, and finding all the cool quirks in it.

November 9th, spend the day preparing for the fest that will be Modern Warfare 2. Buy a TON of snacks and drinks that will sustain me for a couple days and won't leave cheese all over my controller.

November 10th, get to the store the SECOND they open their doors and be the first to buy the game. RUSH home and start multiplayer immediately. I will hit prestige level 1 by the end of the day.

The rest of the month, play a mix of CoD6 and L4D2. Tell my family I can't make it to Thanksgiving dinner. Buy new pants.

after the 2007 holiday i will know better. i bought crysis, gears, CoD 4, and the orange box retail for a total spending of $200. i only needed to buy one, although CoD 4 did keep me going for a while. for a while though. nothing has kept me entertained for so long like TF2.

I'm definitely excited for Bioshock 2. I didn't think much of the first one until I finally played it a couple of weeks ago and it really is an amazing game. By far the best single-player cross-platform game of this generation.

Modern Warfare 2? The single player will be cool as all Call of Duties are but I don't understand why they keep making new ones so quickly. The multiplayer is the most overrated average shooter I have ever seen. The CoD series is way too popular on multiplayer and I have a feeling the only reason is it's community.

Left 4 Dead 2? How about they add shit to L4D? You're telling me I paid $50 for 4 maps and only a couple of weapons and zombie types? How about Valve justifies why the first game costs $50 instead of making another one with likely 4 maps again and charging the same friggin price? Unless they do something huge in the game or if it's <$15, I'm not even going to touch this game.

Pretty much. Seems like month of the sequel

CoD6 will be terrible. L4D2 will either be completely different to the first one (doubtful) or just $50 for 4 maps where you kill hordes of NPCs.

I never like Bioshock, so Bioshock 2 is meh^2.
