Good evening

Well i haven't played WoW at all in about 4 weeks, maybe more, but today i cancelled my sub and as soon as i find out if my mate wants my gold etc.. i will be uninstalling but not before ive deleted my Warlock. Absolutely no way i'm going back to it. It was fun while it lasted but it must come to an end really, it was easy to make the decision because the game really has been poor since WotLK. Awful content, even more awful lag issues and just an absolute tirade of retards playing the game again.

Also, i know some of you really don't give a fuck, i just felt like sharing. I've championed WoW since i started playing and i'd never tell someone to stop playing, so it's not about that! Don't think i've made a thread to hate on the game, it's just not for me now.

Know what, since we´re in a "you don´t give a fuck but I share anyway-mood", being forced to study for an exam while being a lazy fuck is pissing me off. Damn, all I want to do is chill my day away. Play all the awesome games on my new computer I missed on my old one due to lack of hardware power. Fecking reallife.

Plus I think I lost my drinking mojo, since everytime I get drunk I´m having a really bad day afterwards. Barfing and shit. goddamn.

Blizzard treat their fans like shit a lot of the time tbh. They have thousands of Aussie/Kiwi/South East Asian players and haven't bothered even setting up a single oceanic server. They like to blame the local internet service providers for being too greedy to work with but considering mythic had seven or eight servers up and running here for the launch of their latest MMO...

All located on the east coast of the USA that give people who actually live out here pings between 200 (for the very, very lucky) to 600.

The only thing 'oceanic' about them is the server's time settings.

As opposed to Mythic, who have their 'oceanic' WAR servers located in Melbourne, Australia. Still the only MMO I know of that's actually bothered to sling the oceanic players some love. Apparently Taiwan is getting its own server too at some point.

GravyDan, just out of interest, why exactly do you think the game is hard to give up? Do you subscribe to the myth that the game has crack cocaine hardcoded into the engine? There is nothing addictive or 'hooking' about the game; players play it as much as they want. I have dipped in and out of WoW when I feel like playing it, and have never had any 'problem' with turning it off and not starting it up again for several months. Your playing experience is what you make it, wisen up.

I've never played it. It's just not my type of game. However, I have seen several of my clan mates become enraptured to a point of obsession with game. Some people exercise self control, yet most do not.

Yeah tbh i always had some free time even when i was playing WoW, tho there were a few points when it was becoming a joke and i was on all the time (joined a good guild etc..). But now i'm looking for a house at the moment with Antonia. I've been back at the gym for about 5 weeks and i've been dragging my mate down there with me too, i also started back at football with a bunch of random guys. It was only then i realised how unfit i had become!
