Thought it was some sort of total conversion of some sort. This a trailer or the whole thing? Because if that was the whole thing it really is just another random GTA4 movie.

Yes inded its a trailer It will still be pretty random, with a lot of sketches, but surely will be worth watching.

Question. I was going to pick up a 360 elite a little while back but held off, I would quite like this but I see no mention of it coming for PS3. I have GTA4 for ps3, so, do I need to have GTA4 for the 360 (the original) to be able to get this expansion like how pc expansions work?

If so, not a huge deal, I am sure I can get a hold of a cheap second hand copy, but I would just like to clarify.
