sim city 4 is pretty good. 3000 is also good.

That was my favorite. It had SOOOO many different buildings, and was really fun.
I had a sweet-ass city once that I just loved, and had for years, then my HDD crashed and I lost it all. ALL THOSE POOR SIMS! NOOOOOOOooooo! WHY!? WHYyyyyyyyyyyyyy

I always ran out of money in SimCity 4, yet could easily build a kickass city in 3k.
Plus I couldn't use the sell-all-my-crap-to-the-stupid-other-city-trick, because I am that stupid other city (and I haven't built it yet)

Sim city 4 is very laggy on my notebook. Cant be my notebook since RA3 runs way better than it. NFS prostreet runs way better than sim city 4 too.
