So, how do I do it?

I run Vista 64bit, have the Special Edition but the thing did not put any shortcuts into my startmenu. I start it with the .exe in the bin64 folder.

Is this already Dx10?

You can change to Dx10 in the crysis settings menu, right?

There´s no such an option. I just looked through all the triggers and boxes

if you have vista and 8800gt then you should be running in dx10 by default, you can right click on Crysis in the game explorer to see the modes dx9 and dx10.

otherwise, find your .exe in the game directory, right click and say create shortcut (send to desktop as shortcut).

The game-explorer thingy was disabled, but now I run it from there. Thanks very much!
