Yep, actually what I remember the most about it was that they wouldn't let me drink water afterward. They wanted me to suck on ice chips, so I would try to wait for them to melt but they would take them away. I even popped my dad in the nose after he said I couldn't have water yet. I think I threatened to pull the IV out of my arm too.
