Nah, no scoping is no where near COD2 levels. At mid range it works well, but close in it feels a bit clumsy. Personally, I think versious four is just another step in the right direction.

I've tried deleting the mods folder, re-downloading the mod, and changing my config to 0.

Hmm just read up again, saw you already have the shiz from tek9, Try going through ingame options. Options -> Multiplayer Options, then select and de-select the stuff.
