Tis a pretty simple setup, to be honest.

EDIT: In terms of lighting, I think this one was my best effort for outside:
LIGHTING: Having worked out the composition, I took an exposure of Garry and Kit to determine the ambient light level. I then knocked that down about two stops.
The strobe and umbrella were then added to act as the main light source - they were placed in line with the sun, to simulate that light source and keep the direction of the lighting looking natural.
Single 430EX camera right on a stand, fired into a Westcott 43" shoot through umbrella. 1/2 or 1/1 power. Triggered via pocketwizards.
