Surely I can't be the only one on BF2S that's using a single core as my main rig. Sorry, my ONLY rig.

P4 2.53 Ghz for the mother fucking win.

Who else hasn't upgraded to Dual or Quad?

I'm only running single-core in my server. Haven't had a single-core for main rig in a year.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP

I've had an p4 3.0ghz untill i upgraded to a E6600, which was 1.5 years ago or so .

I have my old 3400+ sitting beside me actually but right now my pooter has a 4200+ x2 in it upgrading to a Q9300 or q9400 in the next month or so
