I was playing public, and they're all retarded in there, so .. go figure.
EDIT: When you're planting you've got the bomb in your face which covers ~90% of your screen, and when you change weapons, although your character looks back, you don't actually look back, so he would only have seen where he was aiming, not me defusing.
