Favorite (Original) Game Soundtrack?

I have to go with Mass Effect as one of my favorites... There are so many awesome instrumentals..

I really hope the new guy they hired for Mass Effect 3 can do it as well as Jack Wall who did 1 and 2...

FFVII had an absolutely AMAZING sound track. EQ also had a good sound track too... Always enjoyed the Halo's as well, gave you a sense of bad assness but you new you couldn't win at the same time... Ah man, about to go find my copy of FFVII and start a new game.

Best game ever.

Also, Total Annihilation has an awesome orchestral soundtrack.

This isn't the only thread on video game music, but while its revived, I'd like to add that some of the Star Wars games did a good job of remixing the franchise themes. Thus, Vader's leitmotif becomes good guy music!
