Out of the following 5 games what 3 should I get?

Fallout 3, Fable 2, and Far Cry 2. Rent the rest. I seriously beat Mirror's Edge in a day after maybe 5-6 hours of gameplay, it's way too short to buy unless you're hardcore about the time trials. Prince of Persia is also probably really short, but I don't know too much about it.
Out of the ones i've played i'd get none of them tbh.
But most people seem to love Fallout 3 so i'd say go for that.

Prince of persia is really short because you CAN'T DIE. Whenever you fall off a cliff or are about to get stabbed your magical girlfriend instasaves you. Dieing and retrying platforming levels 100 times is what gives these types of games longevity.

Mirrors Edge is great in concept and idea but really really really short.
Fallout 3 is good but sold it after a day, since its just to big, to vast, to general and you have so much stuff to do, just not my kind of game.
Farcry 2 is nice, it isn't great but nice.
I guess it all depends on what kind of gamer you are and what style you like.

You should get Pong instead - totally revolutionary graphics and gameplay, and longevity? Pong defines longevity.

F3, Fable II and FC2. F3 and Fable II are amazing (never played Fable II but every friend I know who has it absolutely loves it), and FC2 is decent.
If you have a good PC, get Fallout 3 on PC. I'd personally vote for Fable 2 after poking about with it at a buddy's house.

Fallout has the best setting of any game ever created. It's gameplay is a bit thin on the ground but still pretty good. It's not really an RPG though.
Fable2 is the same, bit thin on the ground as far as RPG/plot goes but fun all the same.
Idk in my opinion you can't really have RPGs on consoles. They are more action/adventure or in fallout's case fps/adventure than RPG.

I have played both Fable 2 & Prince of Persia, both very fine games
And everyone wants to stick their penis into Fallout 3 because it is that awesome, so I'd say get that too.

Fable 2, Fallout 3 and Far Cry 2.
I've never actually bothered caring about Fable 2, I just assumed it was some fantasy/jap crap that I wouldn't like so I never even took a look at what the game could be, so what is the game anyway? FPS? 3rd Person? RPG? Also what's the setting etc..
3rd person RPG. Most people I know rave about it, but I'm not really into the genre that much so I doubt I'd pick it up. That's just me though.Mekstizzle wrote:
