i just wanted to comment on this new EUROFORCES to the rest of the forums...
i got it last night...seeming as i am the type of player that most of the time plays city maps - sharqi, karkand, warlord, etc etc i am rather disappointed...all 3 of the new maps are about vehicles / tanks...
they are all big open maps...
i also spend a lot of the time in tanks - so was keen to try out these new euro tanks...however i find them very difficult to drive - anyone else find this?

Hm, i dont mentioned a diffrence between the tanks except the Leopard has more firepower (seemed so).
About the maps: I think it´s a good choince to include more tanks. I´ve missed a tankbattle so far even if this will include more antitank or specops... [sarcasm]imagine if you only play EF there will be no problem to get the expert armored badge[/sarcasm]

Lets give EF a fair change.

Yeah, I was expecting more infantry combat maps, as Armored Fury or whatsitsname would be all about hardware. I didn't find the new tanks hard to drive, but I wonder why they bother to make two new when they seem more or less alike. Firepower is the same, afaik. Only difference I can make out is the leo is a bit smaller and doesn't expose it tracks in the back. So leo ftw

Ya im really dissapointed too.
About the armour though, I think EA made a huge mistake making visibility so bad, without being able to see the front of the tank you have no idea how close you are to a telegraph pole or building or whatever which can be a very bad thing at times.
Only plus I can see is that they are very good over dodgy terrain. Oh and like everything else in the pack they look good.
