Well, I'm absolutely sure I'm getting a 60GB 360 for Christmas, but I'm going to need games. I don't have much money to spend, I have like $100.

I'm probably going to get:

Halo 3
Call Of Duty 4

and those are the only ones that I know of that are good for Xbox live that everyone plays. What are some other good ones?

Also, is it better to just buy used games?

Grab Far Cry 2 if you can't get it for PC, and maybe a good racer, like Midnight Club:LA or Forza. Skate. is another one you'll need, even if you don't skateboard it's still an awesome game.

GTA IV will give you hours of fun, even when you finish the game you can stunt for hours more.
And yes, used games are cheaper, just don't buy the scratchy ones.

Get Fallout 3/GTA IV and Gears of War 2/CoD4/Halo 3 for a mix of both SP and MP goodness.

Any combination is good really, but I suggest Fallout 3 and Gears 2.
