I'm pretty sure he just means make it blend better, for example in the top one it's pretty obvious the portrait wasn't printed on the dollar as money would be. I think that might largely have to do with the fact that there is no micro printing as on the real dollar?
I'm not trying to pass it off as a real dollar, just make the center picture look like it a real president on a bill..."dollarish".
