Because 1) Your name probably isn't going to get removed and 2) I wouldn't be surprised if they banned you if you got enough complaints, no matter what the reason

Not connected to xbox live at the moment so I can't. And Poseidon it works, I have had friends online who asked me to do so(I never bothered) and they successfully change their accounts.
I wouldn't mind changing my name because it wasn't something I approved of.
