I pray there's DLC for this game.

Should be able to pick it up today. Looks to be a pretty tough racer, but really good at the same time.

The traffic I can deal with, but the goddamn cops are fucking EVERYWHERE. I've still got just my Sirocco with minimal upgrades, so I can't outrun them yet and this is taking away most of my money.

Waiting for an incredibly biased and usually incorrect and/or wrong GT game review...but it'll have to do until I can get it.

So what's MC:LA like in your opinion? Is it as good as I'm hoping it'll be?

^Does it have a Free Roam/Go anywhere style of gameplay?  How's the customization?

The game is a lot of fun, and I'm getting pretty good at it, to the point where I'm almost beating much faster cars.

I've also realized it makes much more sense financially to just pull over if you can, when chased by the cops.

Also, have you guys noticed that using turbo is almost a waste of time. The damn opponents automatically boost with you, making it almost not worth it.

I'm almost convinced that the rubberbanding effect works with you as well, not just the other cars. There have been plenty of times where I have been very far behind and it seemed like the other cars were slowing down for me.

Yes, turbo on itself feels like a waste, but when you're drafting and collect the SUPERMEGAOMGAWESOMENOS turbo, it's pretty useful.

And yes, I noticed that about the rubberbanding effect too. I was in a race for a '69 Camaro SS (hard as FUCK...still haven't beaten it) and was very far behind, but somehow caught up pretty fast. Weird.

The one thing I HATE is traffic. So bad. I know it's natural to have traffic, but my god is it aggravating when I'm miles ahead, crash head on into someone, then lose the race because the cars WON'T GTFO.

And I must say, you can customize the fuck out of the interiors. I have done minor changes, but it's still pretty cool, and only the big changes cost any money (new seats, new steering wheel).
