The next one is if you want German voices for the Panzer Elite for in-game

The one after that is if you want German voices for the Panzer Elite in-game but you still want to have English cutscenes for the Panzer Elite campaign
The one after that makes the Panzer Elite talk German for things like how they say things when the screen is close to them. Not as important but it adds to the realism and it's the smallest file of them all.
