The fucked up thing is we have a awesome team this year and the thing killing us is the fucking QB. He has never had the makings of a starter, and Childress keeps on backing him, bench him put Gus in and have Gus teach Booty. How can a new QB learn from a starter that is still learning?

I was watching the first half of the Philli vs Dallas game. That Jackson guy = biggest wanker ever. I mean, I know our football have players diving as their lame quality, but your football really needs to stamp out that cocky shit. For those who missed it, he was clear on through for a touchdown after catching a long pass but because he was being a cocky bastard he threw the ball away before he even got into the zone.

Anyway I only watched the first half as It was too late to watch the second, that was a good half of US Football though. Probably the best I've ever watched.

Who won eventually? I hope Dallas won it

I concur. We don't need a guy who can scramble 3 or 4 times a game when Peterson and Talyor are IMO the best RB combo in football right now. We need a guy who can throw a ball. As I recall Booty was a pretty good QB at USC. Granted I watched almost no preseason of him.

He was adjusting, but needs work, but studying under Ole Gus would be good. Jackson is like the 3rd string QB you put in when your winning. What is with the NFC not being able to admit they made a mistake at drafting a QB? They can do it for every other position but never QB.

I agree. Vikes are a Qb away from being really good. I think that Gus would be better because T-jack is not he answer. Anyway Dallas won so I'm happy.
