My clan has made a pug list for CoD4 on XFire. It's just a lil group of people who are interested in pugging. For those that don't know, a pug (pick-up game) is basically a group of random people that make teams and have a scrim.

I'm just posting this here in case any of you that play CoD4 competitively would like to join. This is not a "clan".

Not really.

It's a mix of clans, that all get onto a ventrilo/teamspeak server, all join a match server (say 10, so 5v5) and then auto-assign. Then you can either play teams as-is, or knife/pistol fight for captains to choose sides. Then separate ventrilo/teamspeak channels.

Not rlly. If you use mIRC theres a channel #cod4pug and you just get in the channel and on vent and the bot will choose teams randomly.

Yes but worse, It would be easier to make it into a scrim group. A member from each clan has their name in the list in the group then they arrange a match against another from 2 vs 2 - 6 vs 6.
