What's with you posting everything about the PS3?

So, how is Sony making any money from PS3?
"In the meantime, we earn money with the games. We are currently at the stage in which we need to get a grip on the production costs. That takes time. We are already making more money with the games than we are losing with the hardware."
I think this is good too, forcing them to make games to make money.
Sony owns alot of subsidary games companys such as Insomniac which make the Ratchet & Clank series and Resistance. Polyphony which makes Gran Tourismo, the people who make Little Big Planet, Naughty Dog which makes Uncharted: Drakes Fortune and the people who make Motorstorm.
So it also looks like Sony makes the best games too

What's with people getting annoyed by PS3 threads? Don't read 'em. It's in the title.Ultimatrox wrote:

Yeah, but you're posting about the PS3 3 topics a day or somethingsergeriver wrote:

I read a PS3 forum, and I only post the news I consider worthy just to share with those who are interested. Not a big deal tbh.Ultimatrox wrote:

Who cares. As he said, if you don't like it don't post in the threads. I'll bet you think .sup makes too many Nvidia threads too. lol
Im with Sergeriver on this, he makes threads on something that he obviously likes so wants to share with this community, i like his posts So if some of you don't like his PS3 threads, simply dont read them..its in the title..sergeriver wrote:

I'm with Serge, too. I don't have a PS3 yet, so I cba to find a good PS3 forum, so it's nice to have someone who regularly posts news about it that I will bother reading.
I agree half and half. While I do agree that it's some useful news, perhaps bundle it into one topic? We don't need an entire topic for how the PS3's production has been bottlenecked...
I think there has been worse topics lolPoseidon wrote:

I like those kinds of things though, stuff like that interests me and im sure many others on here.
What's with you bitching about PS3 threads in a PS3 thread? Don't Like it? Fuck off!Ultimatrox wrote:

No, I know...I like it too. I'm a huge gaming enthusiast and I know serge (well, tries to be! ) is one as well, it's just we really don't need a topic for each one of these types of things.ELITE-UK wrote:

Either bundle it in one thread or let us read Kotaku.
I like it, so i think a PS3 sub forum should be created.Poseidon wrote:

No offense or anything, but that's stupid. Why not a general "consoles" area as well as "general PC gaming" area?ELITE-UK wrote:

Why just PS3? There's plenty of people who like both the PS3 and 360 (Kerry and I for just two examples) or who have a 360 and would want a 360 section as well.
Maybe on Trackr we can have it like GameTrailers has it. A 360/Xbox forum, a PS3/PS2/PS/PSP forum, A Wii/DS forum, a General Gaming forum (for multi-platform games like Fallout 3, GTA IV, Mirror's Edge, etc)...that'd work.

Well i meant to say a 360/Wii and PC one should be created also.Poseidon wrote:

Yea something like GameTrailers would be awesome
GameTrailers has it pretty perfectly set up. I wish Chuy would set up Trackr like that, except with the Source Engine games section thrown in, since our TF2 community is quite vast.ELITE-UK wrote:

If you don't read it in the title you don't read it. And besides, should I put this with a LBP post in the same thread? You opened a thread about the box art of LBP, which is interesting for me, but for other guys it's just another boring story about PS3.Poseidon wrote:

I asked for a consoles subforum a while ago, but they didn't like the idea.Poseidon wrote:

I posted about a game which many people are pumped about. You're posting about the production of a console...sergeriver wrote:

Which do you think garners more fans?
Probably waiting for Trackr.sergeriver wrote:

I found it very interesting tbh. The fact that Sony can't supply enough consoles to meet the demand implies there's something wrong with their production.Poseidon wrote:

Yeah I have to learn to stop reading them tbh. I get closer and closer to ordering a PS3 with every thread.ELITE-UK wrote:

I remember when this happened with the Wii and Ninty opened another factory.
@ serge, do you have any news on Sony trying to find ways to cut costs on production yet?
Whoa... Can't believe these forums are still kicking.
