Nintendo make good gimmicy-things.
But nothing good in the long run tbh.

Agree 100%. It's only a matter of time before the other consoles start gaining ground.SEREVENT wrote:

Tbh when the Wii first came out I wanted one. But I'm so glad I didn't get one. My friends have it and I get bored after playing for 5 minutes. So dumb.

The Nintendo Wii is going to sell more consoles than N64. The key is the low price. The Sheriff wrote:

N64 sold 32 million and Gameboy and Gameboy Advance combined sold 200 million worldwide.

Nintendo pretty much saved the home gaming market back with the NES and SuperNES back in the 80s and early 90s, both excellent systems for their times. The Wii Ill admit isn't exactly my most played console, compared to the Gamecube, or N64, but I do enjoy it, and some of the games do make great use of the controls, and are pretty good. Shame its mostly First party titles though.
The gameboy is far from gimmicky, and the DS might be seen as a gimmick, but it works great when properly implemented.
Suprised 360 doesnt have a solid lead on the PS3 honestly
