Shacknews says the update will be out on the 19th.

But they also said the Medic one would be the week of the 20th of April and it wasn't so i'm taking it with a grain of salt.

I can't get over the fact that this update is going to include 7 maps. That's just unheard of.

Edit: interesting the blog has been altered.

It said 5 new maps for the new gamemode, but now it says 5 new arenas. Not 7 new maps then I think.

CP_Steel released on Tuesday, and there will be something new on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Monday (25th), Tuesday.

at least if I understood this correctly.

Heavy update will probably be Thursday.

nooooooo silly each day Valve will release snippets of the update on that site each day... the update itself will be released together.

Yeah I have to say i'm not a big fan of Steel. I love the idea, but I just don't like all the arenas around the points, and especially don't like the twisty turny maze of corridors.

I never play it.

I'm hoping the 'official' version will be cleaned up.

That would be great if it happened. Engineer has no place in hunted though.
