Well we all knew it was on its way, and here's the announcement. Finally

Rockstar: GTA IV For PC in Nov

I really can't wait to see what mods do to this game. It's physics engine is fantastic but the game itself is so limiting in what you can do. It really needs to be opened up by modders.

Yeah it has a great physics engine, but Crysis has a great gfx engine and you haven't gotten many worthwhile (if any) mods from it.

They need to release this on PC and then release the source code.

There already is MP. But I'd like to see if the MTA (multi-theft-auto) community DOES make a MP mod. Would be pretty interesting.

Same here. The PS3 version that I have (I assume the 360 is the same) does suffer from quite a bit of slow down etc when theres a lot going on, which bugs the shit out of me. And the mods mentioned. Though I aint paying full retail, might pick it up in a few months.
