Plus, this is the first movie (I don't really consider the Fantastic Four one of them) where it's not just one superhero, it's a bunch of collaborative superheroes working together. We'll see that in 2011 with The Avengers, though.TheEternalPessimist wrote:

Just because you've never heard of something doesn't mean its not good.
In fact sometimes it means just the opposite. You're being pretty stupid if you don't read or watch something just because you've never heard of it. Truly great material aims to be good quality stuff, not being as popular as possible.
Watchmen was the only graphic novel to be on Time's best 100 novels list. Lots of people call it a masterpiece.

It has. And it's also gotten loads of shitty reviews and is craptacular.

Mortal Kombat is related to a movie and it's good. Although it's a reverse relationship than what you mean
