As I remember, the first time my stats was wiped out was when I played in PAM (or DAM do not remember too clearly) enabled server, then playing in a normal pub.
I am not sure why it happened but a lot of my friends have had that happen too.

POSSIBLY -
You may have (even by accident) changed or modified your CD-Key. This will always reset your stats upon reloading the game. Even if you were changing your online name and accidently edited the wrong field for example.
