I'll edit this post later, but very simply, I got my copy in today suprisingly (was sent only yesterday).  And I am having nothing but problems with it.  Disc not being picked up, downloads (there are about 3 btw you will need to do before you can really get going with all the features of the game), being unable to download (theres a patch for online already 1.01) and now it is saying I need some form of Konami ID?

Atlast I got online downloaded and ready to go but I am not quite sure what this ID thing is, do I need to make one at the Konami site?  Feel like such a twat but it's anoying me and I all I want is a shot of it :\

Anyone else got theres in yet and experiencing similar woes?

Na ha dude thanks for that, I was trying to put that in using the six axis and it kept telling me to change stuff, link made it a hell of a lot easier, +1 to you sir.

Edit:  Wait a minute.  Since when did you have to pay for online with the PS3...

No, you do not have to pay for it.

They are just talking about if you buy something from the website.

I'd argue not so sweet.  It's good, and tbh am somewhat biassed as I have had these problems, but from the time I have played so far, it almost seems as if they have packed to much stuff into what the controller can do.  As in your having to constantly select things, move them over blah blah.  Detracts from the game tbh, half the stuff is a gimic anyway.
