While he wasn't dodging a question, I liked some guy I saw on TV when I was watching some show showing internet "junk". It was some asian guy and his dentures fell out. If he was asked a question he didn't want to answer, he could just have the dentures fall out of his mouth again and then pretend like he never even heard the question and then move on to the next one.
