I've been getting a lot of kills lately while playing COD. It's not uncommon for me to go 10:1 on my kdr. Most people do this already but if you don't then give it a try, it works very well.

It's the cycle and it is an easy, arguably noobish, way of getting a sweet kdr.

1. Get an Airstrike
2. Call it in to get a Chopper.
3. Wait till you DIE and repsawn before calling in that chopper.
4. Chopper usually gets 3 kills but hopefully it will last enough for another AS
5. Use AS to get another chopper... then die.
6. Rinse, Lather, and Repeat.

It's nice to have the really long kill streak but I prefer a great KDR... and man does this do it.

No offense taken. It is old, that's why I have "(For those who don't already do it)" in the subject title.

It does work though, I had 4 air strikes and 6 choppers in one round last night. I love 100+ kill games.

I found this is a great combo a little while ago and it works especially on sabotage mode.

I just don't see the point in using them that way just so you can try to impress a bunch of people you don't know, and who will forget about it in 5 minutes.

No that's when you are just about to get another AS and you end up killing a couple more before you get a chance to call it in. So you miss the AS and just get another chopper. The chopper itself can kill so fast it skips the AS.

S&D on some tactical servers dont allow air strikes on map, others have nerfed helis so a few shots and its down.

I just prefer infantry only battles, not been raped when spawning by air strikes over and over again.

I think every one should only get one or two airstikes or choppers per round as it gets really old really fast.
At the very least it should be an extra on some servers.
