Serial Number problem

Hey,

My friend bought BF2142+NS online at the EA site. He installed both games, then the patches. Then he created an account.

When he double click the icon it asked for his serial number. He put it in. And it said it was valid. Then when he tried to log through the first BF2142 menu screen; it said the serial number was invalid.

We've emailed EA asking for help but so far (2 days) no response (yeah we should wait longer...but we don't wana ).

Can anybody help out with this please?

I´m not sure, it´s some time till I installed the game, but where do you have to put in the serial number when logging into the game?

Cause you need to log in with your EA Account or am I missing something?

Yeah I had this problem.

Just E-Mail them and wait 2-3 Days.

If you provide sufficient proof that you or your friend own the game, Then they should generate a new Key for you.
